EXECUTIVE TRAINING PACKAGE
This training package consists of:
- Experiential group leadership training with horses of 2x 2 days in Lieren (GLD), the NL
- 3 individual coaching sessions with paarden of 1.5 hour
- 3 digital coaching sessions of 1 hour
The focus of this training is to achieve effective and sustainable leadership, even under pressure.
Training dates group training: Thu 8–Fri 9 April & Thu 29–Fri 30 April
After this training:
You recognise stress signals and automatic responses earlier, before they begin to influence how you react;
You can respond more quickly and clearly as pressure increases;
You understand how your own leadership affects stress levels in others;
You lead with greater inner calm and confidence under demanding circumstances;
You are better equipped to discuss stress openly within your organisation and team.
In addition to the training, you will explore your personal leadership challenges in greater depth during three individual coaching sessions. These sessions provide direct support in addressing specific challenges in your leadership and team, while helping you integrate new insights into your professional practice.
The individual sessions will be scheduled in consultation with you after the group training. In-person coaching sessions are available in several locations, near Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Ede, Apeldoorn and Emmeloord.
